Most Able Students
There is extensive provision available for our Most Able students throughout the Sixth Form in 2018-19. This includes:
Through our partnership with Brentwood School all Oxbridge applicants receive 1:1 guidance and mock interviews.
Medlink Residential Courses
These are subsidised and held at the University of Nottingham to support any student who aspires to study Medicine.
These are subsidised residential courses to provide an insight into studying a large range of subjects at University level.
Extended Project Qualification
Pathway 1 and Pathway 2 students are invited to complete the Extended Project Qualification. Mrs Lisa Collins co-ordinates this programme.
The Brilliant Club is an award-winning charity that exists to widen access to highly-selective universities for pupils from under-represented groups. Doctoral and postdoctoral researchers are sent to non-selective state schools across the country to work in small groups with Year 12 students. This is a hugely successful programme co-ordinated by Ms Cheryl Poag.
