| The SIMS Parent App aims to give a clear view of school life – the information available is the same as the Learning Gateway. The app will continue to evolve in the future to give you a view of what is happening with your son or daughter at Goffs. You will be sent an invitation from the school to access your personalised account – this will be similar to the one below. |

| When you click on the link you will be taken to the sign in page. The Parent App can be accessed via a single sign on which can be a variety of account types. If you do not have any of the below accounts there are instructions below to create one. |

| Creating Microsoft and Google Accounts |
| If school staff already have a valid Microsoft or Google account, they can use these account details to sign into SIMS PE. |
| If they do not have a valid Microsoft or Google Account, use the following instructions to create one. Staff can also access SIMS PE using their own unique Facebook or Twitter account. |

| 1. In a Web browser, navigate to the Google Account website (https://accounts.google.com/signup). |

| 2. To use your current email address, e.g. john.smith@greenabbey.sch.uk, click the I prefer to use my current email address link. |
| 3. Complete the form. You can use your existing password, if required. |
| 4. Click the Next step button and follow the on-screen instructions. |
