Sixth Form Student Leadership
Sixth Form students are expected to be leaders in and around the school environment. They should be role models for students in the main school body, and will be expected to take part in events and house activities. Specific examples of leadership are an excellent addition to UCAS or career applications.
It is a privilege for me to represent Goffs as Head Boy.
The aim of our Top Team is to enhance the school experience, and make it an even better place to learn. My proudest achievement so far has been the ‘Flexireg’ system which is now being used by sixth formers to sign in and out of school during free lessons.
I have also worked in groups such as Student Parliament and Digital Leaders during my time here, with a similar mission to improve our school with a focus on lower school and the technology we use respectively.
I am currently in year 13 and studying for my A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. After school I hope to study Computer Science at university, and pursue a career in Software Development.
I am looking forward to doing more to make our school a better place for all students in the year to come.
I am extremely proud to be the Head Girl of Goffs Academy, and I hope the Top Team and I can bring forth some exciting plans for the year ahead.
I am currently studying English Literature, Fashion & Textiles and Business Studies, and I’m hoping to go to university to study English.
Throughout my time at Goffs I have enjoyed helping with the school community, working closely with younger year groups and even tutoring and mentoring Year 11’s in preparation for their GCSE’s. This is something I wish to carry on with throughout my final year.
I aim to work closely with my peers throughout the school in order to make Goffs Academy the best possible school environment.
